Description

A SUPERSEAL™ safety brush solution

Superseal™ HazardGuard brush strip with 180º carrier is perfect for sealing gaps around doors, conveyors, loading bays and other equipment to protect against entrapment, uncontrolled airflow, dirt, dust, noise, pests and cold smoke without impairing moving parts. Highly visible, these brush strip are available in yellow and black, or red and white colourways, with brush heights from 50 mm to 150 mm.  HazardGuard is constructed with Nylon (PA6) fill material secured into a plated steel backing and mounted durable aluminium carrier. The hard wearing fill material seals and adapts easily to moving or irregular surfaces and has excellent bend recovery, chemical resistance and temperature stability.

Product information sheet

Tip: Brush strips should ideally be fitted with the tips of the filaments just touching the surface to be sealed. Try to avoid over-compressing the fill material as this can reduce it’s flexibility and effectiveness. Where large gaps or slot type applications need to be sealed, consider fitting opposing brushes rather than trying cover the whole opening from one side.
