Description

Why CONSKIRT™ Works Better Than Rubber Skirts

Many conveyors are equipped with rubber skirts, but these often create serious issues on cleated belts. As the cleat passes, the rubber skirt is lifted, leaving gaps along the conveyor edge. This allows material to escape underneath, causing blockages, trapped material and accelerated wear to belts and conveyor components.

The CONSKIRT™ brush uses flexible, wear-resistant bristles that move with the belt and cleats instead of being forced upwards. This creates a constant sealing barrier between the belt and conveyor sides, even on steep chevron belts.
