Description

Used extensively for preparing, cleaning and finishing surfaces, disc brushes can be provided in a range of materials and sizes to suit all applications. Constructed on a synthetic, wood, aluminium or steel core, tufts of fill material are machine stapled, resin set or hand drawn into the core. Many standard size core are available from stock and can be provided with a plain, keyed or threaded bore according to your preferred mounting method.

Ideal for deburring, grinding, sanding, cleaning and washing, we can vary the brush height, stiffness, and fill configuration using a comprehensive selection of synthetic, wire, natural hair, fibre and abrasive materials.
