Description

Superseal FR Flame Retardant Brush Strip with 45º Carrier is a hard wearing brush with excellent bend recovery, chemical resistance and wide working temperature range.  Perfect for sealing the gaps around doors and equipment against uncontrolled airflow, dirt, dust, noise, pests and cold smoke without impairing moving parts.  Superseal FR Flame Retardant brush strip is constructed with an electroplated steel backing and Nylon FR-H, a flame retardant, halogen free material with low smoke emission, complete with a 45º aluminium carrier.

How to configure Superseal FR Flame Retardant Brush strip with 45º Carrier

  • Carrier fixing (holes, slots or self adhesive backing):
  • Carrier finish (natural mill, anodised or powder coated colour):

Tip: Brush strips should ideally be fitted with the tips of the filaments just touching the surface to be sealed. Try to avoid over-compressing the fill material as this can reduce it’s flexibility and effectiveness. Where large gaps or slot type applications need to be sealed, consider fitting opposing brushes rather than trying cover the whole opening from one side.
