Texturing concrete by shot blasting gives an effective and consistent finish to blocks, kerbstones and slabs. As well as helping recycle spent shot back to the blasting heads, our roller brushes remove excess dust, cement and gypsam from processed masonry and lining boards, clean out moulds and even apply surface texture themselves.
Any conveyor handling materials which may adhere to it requires cleaning as the carry over and spillage can accumulate and cause unnecessary damage to the belt and rollers. Brush strip seals provide dust containment in block and cement production, whilst axial and tufted roller brushes provide effectively clean conveyor belts and the products being carried.
