RIB-KOTI DBS Module Strip Roller Brush

Description

The DBS module system consists of a spiral wound strip brush mounted onto a thinned walled tube, ideal for mounting onto your own shaft. Avoiding the cost and disruption of returning complete shafts when brushes need replacing, DBS module spiral strip roller brushes can simply be replaced on site.

Constructed on steel, stainless steel or non-ferrous cores, DBS module brushes can be configured in compressed or helical pitch configuration. A comprehensive range of synthetic, wire, natural hair, fibre and abrasive material is available to suit all kinds of applications from deburring and finishing, to cleaning, polishing and transporting.

Brush cores are dynamically balanced and can be provided with reducing adaptors to suit different mounting systems.
